You must either use OFW or HFW without enabling HEN to do it by the books to avoid a ban. It's in your TOS you agreed to that granted access the first time for PSN.

PSN Patch is supposed to help but people still get banned. There no safe way to use CFW or HFW with HEN enabled. The only way to do it by the book is by using an original untouch firmware and a copy of the game from PlayStation Network or from your own disc. It is expressly forbidden tomorrow the firmware or any game content files doing so will result in a ban if you are detected.
